The Patent Licensing Information Database is an open system in which anyone can register Japanese patent license information.

Business that are interested in selling or offering patent licenses to other businesses can register their technology (possession of or applicant for Japanese patent is prerequisite) in the database.

This system enables both sides, potential Japanese patent sellers (licensors) and buyers (licensees), to receive bilateral information.

This Database on the Web can be accessed free of charge by anyone from any computer having an ordinary web browser.
